Licensing Terms
There are multiple licensing options for your portal: Time Exclusive, Site, and Primary. We have included a detailed description of each option to clarify terminology and assist you in finding the right option for your portal. None of our license pricing includes source code.
The following options may be used singularly or in combination with another one of the options.
Option 1: Time Exclusive Agreement
- Must purchase either the Primary or Site License in addition to the Time Exclusive Agreement.
- Exclusive rights to software for a limited period of time. This would grant a two week exclusivity period before the Primary and Site Licenses take effect.
- Time Exclusive Agreement is sold to the first bidder.
Option 2: Site License
- Site locked version of software is keyed to your portal.
- Portal logo is embedded within software start up.
- “Play More Games” button opens a new browser window to your portal.
- Will integrate portal supplied high score or achievement system.
- Software will not be submitted to ad-driven networks, such as the Mochi Network, for two weeks after the site licensed games are eligible to host our software. This two week time frame begins after the Time Exclusive Agreement ends.
- Available to unlimited portals.
Option 3: Primary License
- Same benefits as a Site License with the following exception: Once software is released on ad-driven networks your logo will appear on all non-site locked versions. The “Play More Games” button on these versions also will bring the user to your portal.
